Dual monitor causes my games to freeze follow by a crash

So I just got a new monitor for Christmas and I decided to make a dual monitor gamong setup. I am only gaming on one monitor while the other one is open for like Skype or YouTube. My games will fully load and when it gets into the game it freezes and crash. Like in rainbow six it'll let me pick my character and as soon as the prep phase starts it freezes.

I do overlook my graphics card if that is a chance it will affect it
