I recently upgraded from a Pentium G2020 to an i5 3570 on my NAS setup and my Windows 10 installation started hanging randomly. I have no choice but to force power off the system and start it again. A simple restart wouldn't work because then the system wouldn't detect my SSD. The SSD is an Adata SP550.

So I ran the Adata SSD tool to check the health and it said the SSD was healthy. I am a little skeptical about it and I suspect the SSD is at fault here. But the issue started after the upgrade.

I don't know what the next step in troubleshooting is and so I ask for your help.
