I have a shield TV would it work on that do you know?

I haven't got a Shield TV, but I would imagine you could sideload the Chrome or Firefox app. I don't know how good the UI would be but you could give it a shot.

Was just wondering if floatplane would be getting either an iOS/android app in the future? I enjoy the videos very much and would love to invest however I watch like 90% of the videos through YouTube because it is so easily accessible via my TV in the living room. It’s rare I watch the videos on a desktop or laptop.

They said that it would eventually get an app, but they are focusing on the backend and getting the website working for now. I don't think they've said anything different recently.

If you have a Fire TV, you can install Firefox now and watch Floatplane through that
