Emulating specific Android devices?

Hey, I'm looking for an emulator that can act as a specific phone instead of just emulating Android.

Long story short: I'm trying to get Riftcat and see if I can emulate VR that way because my phone is old and weak.

 

I've tried multiple Emulators like, Bluestacks but those don't let you choose which OS or Device do you want to emulate.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

I know the emulator inside of Eclipse was able to do that, choose a specific Android device (mostly some Nexus devices) and even a specific Android version. not sure if Android Studio could do that too, nowadays.

I found this website by Samsung that lets people test phones and. while I was able to install Riftcat I couldn't connect to my PC so, I'm trying to set Eclipse up right now.
