What's the best way to play old games? I don't have the millions of dollars to spend on the old arcade cabinet they built a while back. And I don't want it to be as unreliable as the "$69 gaming PC video". So, should I look into virtual boxes running old OSs or should I try to build real boxes with old hardware to run win95, 98, and XP?

find an old XP pc there are lots of videos about it 

Main rig                             I also got some cheep lg phone and a chromebook, witch I have been known to mine bitcoin on sometimes

CPU: R5 2400g                        

RAM: 8gb ram

MOBO: msi b350 pc mate 

CASE: Eclipse p300

PSU: 500w corsair
