Internal DNS Issues, HELP!

I'm made a previous post regarding having issues with resolving internal host names and issues with RDP and it only worked for a 1 day before it started messing up. Now, I've got a new issue. I've got a VPS is my exchange server and web server. I connect my VPS to my home network via VPN. Now, the problem, when I resolve the domain on my PC, laptop and my secondary server they all ping back to my VPS Public IP and not my DC or secondary server. If some could shed some light on this, I'd be greatful. 

 

My DC server IP is 192.168.1.252 (OS is 2012 R2 datacenter)

My secondary server is acting as Back-up DNS IP is 192.168.1.82 (OS is 2012 R2 datacenter)
