I noticed that my pc is stuttering a whole lot, and i have no idea why. After a windows update it got worse, and i cannot revert back because i had to delete my old windows files to make room on my ssd. UE4 has it worse, like i can barely even work in it. what could be wrong? I also update nvidia drivers and it got even worse, i reverted back to 388.59 and it got a little better. What could be causing this?

When stuttering look at task manager to see if something is overloaded. What are your cpu and gpu temps? Maybe it’s throttling
