User experiences vary, but assuming normal usage as a storage drive I would go for the WD one. I have had terrible reliability issues with Seagate drives, though I hear the drives aimed at the professional space fare better than their consumer stuff.

Buy the cheaper one. Honestly, you're not going to notice a difference between them, and odds are they are both going to last just as long as the other.
