budget laptop? HELP ;-;

So I need a laptop that can run csgo low settings at 720p at around 60fps+

 

i have a budget of around £265 which is rougly over $355ish i think

 

ive seen the american amazon website and the great deals on their but i cant pay for customs, anyone got any cheaper, more widely available laptops?

As for advice on budget laptops, I'm not clear on who does it better :S
