Windows reinstall

I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU and CPU and my only question is can I do it with all my files and data? Do I need to reinstall Windows after upgrading?

there is no need to reinstall the OS

 

you only need to update or remove the old GPU drivers if you are switch from nVidia to AMD or vice versa

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

OS reinstall is only needed when you change mobo or OS drive.
