Have you ever gotten chills or your whole body suddenly gets warm? That's ASMR I usually get it when listening to a song I haven't heard in a long time (these are called ASMR triggers).

 ASMR
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs.

Is that what you're asking about?

The point is to get a good feeling. Usually a tingeling sensation in you scalp, but it can also be present in you spine and limbs. Some people get it when they are exposed to certain visual and/or auditory stimuli, like scratching, tapping, brusing or binural sounds. Research is still being done on why some people get this sensation, but is speculated that it is some sort of epileptic reaction.

I myself do enjoy it very much.
