*figured it out, it seems to have just updated itself randomly but all is good now*

I just upgraded my old GTX 750ti to a new 1060 ti (6gb version). The card works fine, and is even detected by Gefore Experience and runs as expected, however I really like the game optimization feature in Geforce Experience and it seems to be optimizing games towards my old 750ti instead of the new 1060. Does anyone have a solution? I have the correct drivers installed, and like I said it even acknowledges I have a 1060 it just doesn't recommend game settings accordingly.

Don't press the stupid optimize button in the first place :P Its really easy to get a better "experience" doing it yourself.

Haha, I find the optimizer does a pretty good job, it makes decisions and compromises where I would traditionally make them. I may make a few tweaks but personally I love the convenience of it and not having to worry about graphics. It allows me to just launch the game and not worry about it.
