How to make image zoom video? Help?

I am a noob when it comes to editing. How do you zoom in on an image, move it around and make that into a video or an overlay? When I mean make it a video, I mean a video of the image being zoomed in on a lot. Thanks!

Well, first you need an editing program (for videos) Do you have that and if, which one?

I have Windows Live Movie Maker

You can continuously zoom in, but there is no option for punching in... At least as far as I know...

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D

Regardless of software look up a set of editing styles called Ken Burns Effects.
