Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or Cooler Master Seidon 120XL. Take your pick, but the 212 is better.

The assumption I took from "single radiator" was that he could only fit a 120mm rad.

 

Although, maybe I'm wrong. OP really needs to go into detail.

Also, if you have decent case airflow, even the stock cooler would be enough for 4 ghz. I wouldn't recommend it if you like quiet though.
