buying monitor (on sale) or graphics card?

Hi guys, I just want some advice whether to buy the monitor now on sale on BnH the Acer Predator XB1 XB271HU abmiprz 27" 16:9 LCD Monitor and buy the graphics card later on. I play black dessert online and dota2.

It depends on your current graphics card. Can it run those games on lowest setting in full resolution on acer predator monitor. If not I would buy GPU first.

its the old EVGA 960 ftw (2gb)

id go for the monitor, BDO runs like shit so that wont be nice anyway lol

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
