Just have to live with it, seems like most high end GPUs produce coil whine nowadays..

I got 3 differend GTX 1070s and they all had coil whine

Just hope on that 10% to get GPU without coil whine xD

Get a better psu and see how it effects. Or live with it, cant say ive ever heard it myself.

Better PSU might help. Also try capping your FPS with Riva tuner to something liveable like 120 FPS.
