The Gigabyte board is $140 after discounts, I also like the aesthetics of it a bit more.

The Asrock K6 board is $150 after discounts.

 

Which one is better?

a MB is an IO manifold. the only things that make it better or worse for the user is features, and VRM quality.

I agree with @knightslugger.

 

That said, I prefer the aesthetics of Gigabyte boards to pretty much everything else on the market.

About the only difference is if you read the specs, the Gigabyte has 3 -year warranty, the ASRock has 1 year. Usually, you don't have to worry about warranty's with mobos this nice so I would just decide if the $10 is worth the look or not.

that and features you want or need and/or VRM quality. if you plan to overclock, i'd put emphasis on VRM quality.
