i7 Clocks down (pls help)

Hey guys

 

i just noticed that in Cinebench15 Multicore test my i7 8700k started with 4,5ghz on all cores then stabilized at 4,3 Ghz and at 60% through the benchmark, it dropped to 3,1 Ghz on all cores.

 

Why does it clock so low? shouldnt it be 4,3Ghz all the way? Temperatures are under 70c, so that shouldnt be the problem.
