Dac/Amp Combo on Consoles

Hey Everyone,

 

So I want to set up a dac/amp with my console. The issue is, I still want to be able to use my mic. I plan to use my m40x with vmoda boom mic (Im gonna remove the proprietary connector and put in a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter so I can plug in the boom mic). 

 

What is a good setup for consoles to use a dac/amp and still be able to use the mic?
