hd 4650 What do I do with this card

Hello,
I have in my possession an HD 4650 1gb, and I was wondering if I should sell it, trash it, or use it in a budget build?

I don't know if it's gone too far down the tier list to be viable anymore.

It's pretty much worthless at this point unless you want to get into some older titles. The AMD doesn't even officially support the 4000 series for Windows 10 as they haven't released any drivers beyond Windows 8 for it. I would use it for a secondary or back up system. Or have it sitting as a spare.

Even the iGPUs in modern processors would probably eat it for lunch by now.

Just keep it as a spare gpu. Otherwise it's not really worth anything.

If it has drivers that can work with modern systems, I'd keep it as a test card.  You could still keep it as a test card for basic hardware tests.

 

Or you could donate it and write it off on taxes if that's your thing.

 

You could also turn it into a wall-clock, like I'm planning on doing with my SoundBlaster 16 ISA card
