Could be that the 8GB of RAM isn't enough. I had stuttering in games with 8GB but when I upgraded to 16GB I haven't had any. When playing games, open task manager and check memory usage.

use MSI afterburner's on screen display to see if ram is fully used up while gaming.

turn off any apps and programs that you aren't using while gaming(chrome, etc.) that should free up abit of ram.
