A problem with my new pc

Just built my new pc and I'm having a problem over here, when I game on it I do have quite some stutters which is so annoying 

 

Specs: 

R5 1600

GTX 1070

8GB DDR4

500GB WD Green 

 

please help me asap

Motherboard? Gaming quality/resolution settings? Games played?

Asus b350 prime 

I game at 1080p maxed out settings 

I found a lot of stutters on BF1 and COD infinte warfare

Could be that the 8GB of RAM isn't enough. I had stuttering in games with 8GB but when I upgraded to 16GB I haven't had any. When playing games, open task manager and check memory usage.

save up for another 8gig kit and you should be good

use MSI afterburner's on screen display to see if ram is fully used up while gaming.

Close down any programs whilst playing games. If you have chrome, make sure you close it since it eats up memory.

turn off any apps and programs that you aren't using while gaming(chrome, etc.) that should free up abit of ram.

@Legend Scar install MSI Afterburner and turn on the on-screen display, check your RAM usage.

Is the WD Green the SSD or HDD? Check the HDD activity
