so new year I my looking to get into pc gaming and I was wonder should I upgrade or build a new one

I'm planning to spend $1600 aud if I build and maybe $600 for an upgrade

the pc I have now is i5 2400, a radeon hd 6450 6 gb of ram that all I know

what i'll be using the pc for is gaming and streaming in the future

What's your monitor set up? If it's 1080p 60hz an RX 570/580 1060 6GB is fine
