  • Gigabyte z170x-gaming 3
  • GTX 1070 asus strix 8 gb
  • Rx 560 4 gb sapphire
  • i5 6600k and 8 gb of ram

Did you even make anything mining on an RX 560?

Probably just reinstall windows to eliminate any software issues.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Well i was waiting for my cousin pc parts to be completed, so while waiting i thought i should use it for mining.
i tried to do it in another pc with windows 7 64 bit and it was completely fresh install with a6 7400k. Still the same problem, but it had the problem from the beginning after installing it, but in this pc it didn't have any problem before i updated the driver.

Did you change the BIOS for a better mining BIOS?

If the card isn't working in 2 different PCs it's possibly just dead.

If reinstalling windows doesn't fix the issue then you have an issue that likely isn't related to software. Or it might be any change in the card's BIOS

Do you know how to revert the bios for rx 560 to normal?

Same as putting it on there

Just grab one from TechPowerUp's GPU-Z list, load up ATI flash, Ima guess you did not make a back up of the original BIOS file

Also not sure how safe flashing a BIOS is if it's at all different from the intended one, maybe reinstall windows first.
