Looking for new Fans

Hey guys, 

 

I have been thinking of upgrading my fans in my PC. I just have stock case/cooler fans as of now. I was hoping to possibly get better temperatures by getting new fans as well. I've included an image of my current fan setup, which is hopefully an alright setup. I want to maximize cooling and noise level as of now is not too bad, so not as big of an issue, though I don't want it much louder. I currently have all my fans hooked up to the included fan hub that came with the case.

 

I'm not sure which fans to go with or if I should even replace the fans I have now, so I was looking for recommendations on what you guys thought. 

The only fan I've been looking at so far is this one to replace the 140mm and this one to replace the 120mm.
