I noticed whenever I have a video open on my second monitor and a game playing on my main monitor, I get what feels like stuttering and significant fps loss. I feel like this is due to my main monitor running at 144hz while my second monitor is running at 60hz and different resolutions but I'm not sure. Are there any solutions to fix this?

You can try disabling hardware acceleration (or enabling it) in Chrome's Settings. Just search for hardware acceleration and toggle it on/off, restart Chrome fully, and see if it makes a difference.

Tried this and unfortunately, it did not help.
