Room Power?

So recently my phone (Galaxy S5 Mini) has had some charging issues.  And by issues, I mean charging 1-2% over the course of a few hours.  Tried cleaning the port out; didn't work.  Went to the service providers shop and they cleaned it out with some contact cleaner and canned air.  Went home, charged fine on my mom's charger.  Spent the night partying at a friends apartment, charged fine.  Came back to my apartment, doesn't charge fine.  I used two different cables with two different wall adapters.  Is there something wrong with my apartments electricity or am I missing something completely? Thank you

Did you try different outlets at your apartment? Have you connected other things to the same outlets?

Yep, tried every (literally) outlet and it didn't work.  The things plugged into those outlets all work fine though.  TVs, consoles, computer, humidifier, all work.

Does it charge fine when plugged into your PC?

Can you verify that it consistently charges well at other locations? The battery might not be charging correctly.

I can verify that.  Visited a friend this morning, worked at her place in two different spots and stopped over at work, worked in the office and the shop.  I do think something is wrong with my phone, but I can't imagine why only with my cables at my place.
