Garry's Mod FPS and Stutter Issue

so wan i play i get 60 to 12 fps and alot of stutter and frezzing so if someone can help i would love it

gmod doesnt run using multiple cpu cored by default, there is a command line code u can add that fixes your issue, most people literally double performance with this trick, ill try to find it for u

performance is not high on that cpu especially for gaming, but remember that gmod is running on the same engine as hl2

true so i had the same issue with my i5 before my i5 blow up
