HELP! Motherbord issues/cpu issues MSI B350 Tomahawk & Ryzen 1600

When I try to boot i get the cpu light on for about 7 seconds then turns off but no boot? Any suggestions. (Everything else powers up normaly except for keyboard)

Did you do the basic checks ? (8 pins CPU power connected and powerful enough, Pin1 of CPU correctly align, Cooler properly installed)?

 

What's the status of your DRAM, VGA and BOOT EZ debug leds ?

No lights on any of these usually when it boots i just get the cpu light then the boot light but i am only getting the cpu light. And yes everything has been check 5+ times
