Horizontal green and pink lines...

Hello

I got new pc few weeks ago ,which is working perfectly but sometimes on my screen green/pink horizontal lines appears for about 7sec then disappear.

 

 

I have already tried reinstall driver using DDU, disconecting and reconecting hardware (GPU,RAM).

 

What can cause this problem ?

 

PC SPECS:

CPU: Intel Pentium g4600

GPU: Asus Rog Strix geforce gtx 1050

MB: Asus Prime B250m k

RAM: Adata XPG Z1(White) ddr4, 2400mhz

PSU:Eurocase 450sx(450w)

Btw.. I also got new monitor Benq gw2270

Try switching to your integrated graphics and see if it continues!

Thx for you advice ,but I probaly figured it out.

Iam using really old PSU in this rig and I tried setting motherboard to high performance and after reboot this problem appears.

When I switched it back everything works normal and I didnt experienced it till now.

Few things to try:

Check cables (GPU to monitor, PSU to GPU plugs)

Try another GPU/monitor/PSU

Change 1 thing at a time to get a more accurate estimate on what it may be. But if you are pretty sure it is the PSU that is definitely a good place to check first. Try a different PSU if at all possible to really limit what it may be.

 

Late night forum work but just limit to what you are testing to ensure that it is one item or another. This will help with troubleshooting!
