#2 is better.  Better GPU, dual channel memory.

Will it do high settings 100 FPS?  In CSGO and Rocket league, yes.  Pub G probably not.  That game is a mess for optimization.

For the 1060, I know rocket league can be played at 1440p and 100fps and I think CSGO is something like 250fps. PUBG is poorly optimized so 60fps at 1080p high(?) settings.

In my opinion yes.  The 1060 is worth the extra $$$ alone.
