OCCT Kills Internet?

Just a random topic. It's not an issue or anything just I noticed that when I run OCCT I can't even browse the web. I can open stuff but as soon as it tries to connect to the internet it hangs. Chrome works fine but won't connect. Steam opens but just hangs on "Connecting"

 

Does this happen for everyone?

This doesn't happen to me.
