Unable to enable game mode?

Go to solution Solved by GoodBytes,

Go under "Game bar", and enable "Record game clip, screenshot...".

Now start a game, and do Win+G, you'll get the game bar, and now click on the gear icon, and now you can enable "Game Mode" for that specific game.

I suggest you setup Windows correctly to you needs. Define your active hours for Windows update, and maintenance schedule (Start > type: Maintenance > Pick: Security and Maintenance > Expand Maintenance > Change maintenance setting (blue link)). Of course, if you never let Windows do its thing, it will force upon you as well, so if you want, disable sleep, and on that Maintenance panel/section, click on Start Maintenance over night as your computer is idle, and let it do its thing. In the morning, which should be plenty of time, enable back sleep, and you should be good to go.

honestly i wouldnt even worry about it, the difference is negligible.

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
