so should i wait bro?

my budget is not tight but its okay

No you should not wait. Zen+ even though it's going from 14 to 12nm. It's only expected to have a 10% increase in performance. This 10% though will mean a lot for single threaded games. Meaning the 160 single score from cinebench will hit 176 which will help quite a good amount.

So it's either right now buy Zen1 for a good price or buy Zen1+ when it comes out for retail. Zen1+ will have APU which I doubt would matter for you and 10% increased performance.

Zen1, Zen1+, and Zen2 will all run on the AM4 platform. Zen 3 will not. Since Zen2 will release in 2019 and AMD has said they will support AM4 until 2019 with new CPUs.
