So I have a build consisting of the following:

Now I want to get a gpu I think it’s time I used this for something other than coding and development now. I’m planning on playing games such as Arkham origins and Arkham knight on it. Any recommended gpu’s at all would be great.

Price range would be nothing above 700

The 1070 you have on that list should be fine

It really depends on what resolution you're playing at and if you're entirely willing to spend that $700. At 1080p/1440p for gaming, a GTX 1070/Ti/GTX 1080 would do absolutely fine. I would recommend the GTX 1070 Ti over the 1070 because the price to performance gap is generally worth it, and it's very close in performance to a GTX 1080.
