not usable ram

So my system is;

 

CPU AND FX 6300

GPU Sapphire Radeon R9 270

PSU Corsair CX 550

SSD ; Corsair FOrce LE

MOBO : ASRock 970m pro 3

RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8gb ddr3 1600mhz

 

 my problem is that out of 8gb detectable from my system only 3.9 are being used and I dont know why, I've entered into the BIOS but found no option to enable dual channel + I have the sticks as the manual says on A1 - B2 places, idk what to do although the sticks are fine and being recognized in BIOS when I boot into windows it says 3.9/8gb usable in BIOS it says Single Channel Mode.. any help????

if you have a 32 bit os you can support up to 4gb only

right click on my computer and go to properties to check

windows is 64 bit like cmon, the thing Is I tried putting the next to each other and it worked lol 4 total slots

Some motherboards are picky about how they want the RAM slots populated.
