What RAM for Ryzen 1600?

I bought a Ryzen 1600, but I don't know what RAM to buy...

I thinking about G-Skill / F4-2400C17S-8GVR and Crucial / BLS8G4D26BFSEK

G.Skill have 2400Mhz and Crucial 2666Mhz

What is the best option?

the crucial because of the better speed, but you do need to keep in mind that this only applies if you get the same amount of ram.

I would go with the trident-z 3200mhz cl14 kits, Ryzen really benefits from faster memory and it works really well with the B-die they use in those kits.

It says it's for Intel Z170 platform, but the XMP has no problem with Ryzen. Also, I did not pay that much for it, I purchased it when it was around $150 earlier this year. If you want, try going with lower speed or even less capacity, or both. I didn't really notice much difference in speed with stock freq. vs. OC.

Ignore ram speed, you wont notice the difference.

Ram price is very high right now, get the cheapest one and upgrade to better ssd instead.

Ryzen actually sees a considerable performance increase with faster speeds. Also, you don't know what SSD he is going with? It may be plenty sufficient.

Ok, for the question, i will buy the corsair as it is $20 cheaper and its faster at 2666, better bang for the buck.
