A few questions...

Hi, I'm new here and have a few questions about building a Hackintosh.  They are:

1. Do I need a water cooler for the CPU if I don't plan to overclock it (an i7-7700K)?

2. Can you recommend a small, quiet cooler for the CPU?  (It will be installed in a Corsair Air 240 case).

3. I don't plan to do any gaming, but will be editing 4K video.  Can you recommend an AMD graphics card for 4K editing?

@neutronJK Discussion on building a Hackintosk is against the Community Standards as it fall under piracy.

Apple does not officially allow hackintosh's and thus this site cannot be a venue to discuss, distribute or instruct on the "how's to" of making these.
