I have fixed this issue, but yesterday my PC was hanging on random processes, I begun testing by removing my SSD (OS+main programs) and putting it in a Caddy on another machine as I could not get Samsung Magician to run on it without the whole computer locking up.

Samsung Magician reported the drive was 100% yet the PC booted fine with Windows on one of my 1TB mechanical drives, so I wiped that 1TB drive, and the 250GB SSD, re-installed Windows and everything is fine, the question bugging me is what happened?

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.

Did you sfc the system?

I checked all drives which showed no errors, nor could I find malware/Viruses, or any form of corruption, it was utterly baffling.
