G.Skill Trident Z RGB Issues

Hey guys, I'm having some weird issues with my ram and my Mobo software. What's happening is that one of my dimms are not working entirely. I somehow got it to work 2 other times but that's it. I would like to find a way to have my Mobo lights work aswell as my ram

There was an error with the RGB on TridentZ with other LED control software.  For Asus Aura, you had to not install the trident software.  There is a fix for it, I just don't remember what it is.  Hopefully someone else can help, it's a software thing.

I would rather keep the software for the Trident Z from G.Skill because they have alot of different options and Mysticlight really doent have too many options

I did try a few things. I uninstalled Mysticlight from my computer. However, when I try and launch the G.Skill software it says I do not have an Trident Z RGB ram installed. Checked in task manager and all 32GB are being detected but still only have only 3 dimms lighting up even after reboots and shut downs
