It's not too hard as there looks to be a fair bit of space beside the PCI-E area if you wanted to cut and add in a vertical bracket for mounting.

It's what you would bolt the GPU into place, you would need to cut an opening in the case to accommodate the bracket.

Yea i mean after i cut and install the bracket is the one attached to the gpu itself okay to hold all the gpus weight

Yes, it's the same way it's done on all backplanes horizontal or vertical.
