Monitor not detected!

Hey everyone! I am having a problem with my LGA 775 build. It refuses to detect the monitor! I have tried a new motherboard and a new cpu, and nothing is working! I have no idea what could be happening! I also have tried both an old graphics card and the on board graphics on both motherboards! Please help!

I have checked everything and replaced everything  I can! Nothing is working?

Have you replaced the video cable?
