I3 8100 or r51600

So i have three options i currently have pentiume 6700 with gt 730 gpu 550 crosair psu 3 HDD i am so confused because i want a pc that can game and do editing stuff i also want to learn 3d rendering n stuff so i have budget of 525$ i was thinking of these three options ( i am not in a hurry ) and i have 1366 x 768 @60hz that will not be upgraded anysoon and in gaming i love frst person open world type game not into dota n all 

Intel : i3 8100 + budget mb when it will come +8gb ram + 1050 ti

Ryzen r5 1600 +b350 + 8gb ram

or 

Ryzen r3 1200 + budget board + 8gb ram +1050ti  

so what shuld i go for non gpu and pair with gt 730 for some time or jus buy other option suggestion wuld be helpful

this is the best option get a cheap 55$ b350 board and oc to 3.7 on stock cooler

a r5 1600 would be the best for editing and other work tasks that can use the extra cores and threads, and since you're not trying to do something 120+fps gaming performance will be fine, and if that gt 730 is delivering an acceptable experience for you it's been demonstrated that specific gpu doesn't matter for render times, it's just having any gpu that's important. It's ideal to pair ryzen cpus with high speed ram (~3000 mhz) if you chose to go that way, intel also sees improvements from higher speed ram, but to a much smaller extent
