Someone remember that game?

Hey guys, anyone remember that weird game, not sure what was the name of it, but it obviously was made by someone stoned haha.
All i remember that some random people were attacking me and some two dudes were watching turned off TV and one of them eating chips called "Gays" while the other used that chips pack as ashtray.
Played it in maybe ~2011.
It was obviously not AAA game, probs it was made even for fun.

Well by the stoned i mean that the game was quite "fu***d up". Basically just an metaphor.
I have no idea who and how made it.

Not funny  If i am right it was running on Chrome Engine ( had same feel and similiar looks as Call of Juarez: Gunslinger )
