Issues with Firefox Quantum; help needed...

dave4shmups

So my Dad's PC has Firefox Quantum.  This PC runs fine otherwise, but for some reason Firefox Quantum won't allow me to click on a hyperlink in an email (to Facebook).  When I get on YouTube, it keeps saying that something is slowing down my browser, and asks me if I would like to stop it.  I click "Yes", and it keeps on happening.  What's going on here?  I'm positive that there is nothing wrong with this PC.

Given how your profile is kept safe you could reinstall firefox or install Nightly along side FF and try it out.

I don’t know.  How can I find out?  And how do reinstall Firefox?

Should be in settings. There should also be a reset option in there. Use the search  settings feature.
