Memory advice for my rig

Hey guys. My mobo is GA-AX370-Gaming K7. I cant find flare x 3200 anywhere so I need memory advice. I found the list below on the support page. Am I right thinking that all the memory listed below will run at 3200?

Ignore this list and get Trident-Z 3200MHz C14. Much better than the piece of shit you've highlighted because that one uses crappy SK Hynix dies.

That stick looks gay. Instead I got myself a Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB 2400Mhz and I'll try to overclock it to 3200.

You'll probably have a pretty hard time doing that.

Micron chips are even worse than Hynix
