my motherbord is 118 celcilus wille watching videos and i have no idea how it can happen. can it be dameging?

Where did you get these readings, and what hardware do you have?

I'd suspect that to be a faulty sensor. While you're watching videos, use the back of your hand to see if you can feel anything in the air noticeably that hot. 

 

Even at 70c, it would be easy to find the source. If you actually are running at nearly 120c, it should be obvious quickly with the air around it.
