Yes I wanted a Linux OS

I need to use python, npm, and other linux only software, a native linux commnad line interface the subsystem for Windows doesnt work well for me.

I find Windows hard to work with administrator perms, having to use iis or 3rd party tools for apache and I am used to a linux cli.
