I have my 1800x stable at 3.9 Ghz on 1.3375 volts on the C6H. It was a bit iffy at times (stuttering in games etc...) but after raising other voltages it seems to have stabilized. It locks up for few seconds during extreme stress testing like OCCT Linpack but the PC is usable during AIDA64 stress test and after few minutes temps don't go above 70 during AIDA. But I need to run a longer test, I'm strapped for time.

Anyway, I'm wondering if everything I put in is safe in the long run.

It should be fine. No idea about the specific voltages other than VCORE but AMD recommends anything below 1.4V for 24/7 use, and nothing above 1.45V unless there is excellent cooling (like a custom loop)

Running one now. I used to get crashed almost immediatly on that test with my i5 when everything else seemed to pass. I'll let it run for a little bit and see what happens.
