i have 16 gigs of ram but it shows 7.93 usable in wind 10

i just got my new ryzen pc,and i got 16 gigs of kingston hyperx memory,in the bios it just shows 8 gigs and in windows it shows 16 gigs but 7.93 usable,is their any way to fix this

system spec:

mobo :asus x370 prime pro

processor :amd ryzen 5 1600x

ram:kingston hyper x 2x8 gigs

happened to me too. Switch the RAM dimms into different slots and see if it recognizes them. Thats what worked for me

novaman ty so much it worked like a charm now its getting the whole 16 gigs,is it the problem with the mobo tht slots 1 nad 3 dont work or is it ryzen issues,anyways thnks man really appreciate it
