You only need a kill coil if you are using plain distilled/deionized water, if you are using a coolant mix you dont need it. Just place it in the res and you will be fine, replace it when you replace the water. The loop order doesnt matter as long as the res is before (and above) the pump so the pump never goes dry. Make sure your tubing size matches your fittings. Hope this helps.

If your going with distilled water just place the kill coil in the res and forget about it until you change the water, just change it often enough so that stuff doesnt grow (the kill coil will slow algae growth down by a ton but it will get 'used up' eventually). That tubing will work, as long as the tubing is 3/8 ID your fine, clamps or zip ties, choice is yours. Are you planing to upgrade the loop to include a GPU? if not the 360 rad is overkill, also you might want to get a D5 type pump instead. Check out Frozencpu.com and performance-pcs.com

nah but people told me that the 360mm rad is better because im was going for a 240mm but people said i should just buy a h100i  and i may and i already have the parts hahhaha i forget to say that i have the parts already hahahahhaha

No worries. 360 rad wont hurt, just overkill (not that thats a bad thing), it will allow you to expand your loop if you decide to later. May I ask what fans you plan on using?

Sorry I cant tell what fans you meant (don't think the picture posted). I can say that you want static pressure optimized fans (SP) as opposed to airflow optimized fans (AF) as you need the pressure to efficiently pass air over the radiator fins. I personally use Noctua NF-F12 fans though Noise Blocker eLoops or Gentle Typhoons are also a good choice; if you are on more of a budget look at Corsair SP 120 or SP 120 quiet edition fans. Also given your radiator position I would advise using it as an exhaust.

I generally change my coolant every 3-4 months, you can get away with longer if you use distilled water. In reality I usually use the coolant change as an opportunity to redo my loop and mess with my tubing runs so its part maintenance and part hobby.
